Let's give Dr. Bright's whitening mouthwash a try. Now I picked this up because the package came with two bottles for a great price. So it was a steal. And also it's made with all natural ingredients. I love that it has coconut oil and aloe vera. And I noticed that in the taste because it was a fresh mint, natural flavor. I loved it. But the thing I was skeptical about was the activated charcoal because I've heard mixed reviews about this ingredient. Some people say it does nothing. So after a week, only a week of using this, I already noticed my teeth were whiter. So I don't know. 

This extreme whitening mouthwash is like a vacuum for your teeth. I just got this two pack of Dr. Bright extreme whitening mouthwash and what I love is that instead of bleaching your teeth like most other whitening mouthwashes, this one actually draws out all the impurities, plaque, and stains from your teeth. It has ingredients like neem oil, coconut oil, and activated charcoal that detoxify your mouth so they deep clean it causing a whiter, brighter smile. I'm a big coffee drinker so I'm always looking for something that whitens my teeth without causing any sensitivity. And if you know me, you know that I don't take fluoride for health reasons. Some of you guys get mad at me for that but the reality is fluoride is an acne trigger and a neurotoxin. So this mouthwash is amazing because it is fluoride free, it's natural, it's clean, it won't cause sensitivity but it will beautifully brighten your teeth over time. You guys definitely need to try this if you're into clean wellness and beauty.

Guys, I tried. I really did. I've had this now in my bathroom for like months and I cannot get on board with oil pulling. So for those of you who don't know, my name is Dr. Nativ. I'm a general dentist. I've been a dentist for about 15 years. In general, you're not going to meet a lot of dentists who advocate for oil pulling. There's no evidence that it helps any more than salt water or rinsing with water or general oral hygiene. So not really a lot of great stuff about it, but it's so gross. I'm sorry, but I cannot do it. It's disgusting. And also I was complaining to a patient about how I couldn't get into it and she reminded me that it also clogs your sink. So listen, if you like it, there's no harm, but it's so gross. It's disgusting. Zero out of 10 for me. I will not be using these ever. If anyone wants them, come find me, I'll give them to you.

Coming to you live from my bathroom to talk about these Kiko oil pulling sachets. This is my first time trying an oil pulling product. I like that it comes in individual packets. However, if you're trying to cut down on waste, just be aware. I really like the mint flavor. It's a little bit weird swishing it around in your mouth for such a long time because I'm not used to it. But I'm excited to see what this does for my gums.

Hello everyone! I am reviewing the Chico Morning Mint Oil Pulling Chachés. This product comes in a larger packet that holds 14 small chachés. Oil pulling is great to kill harmful bacteria, improve gum health, reduce bad breath, whiten and brighten the teeth. All you have to do is swish in your mouth from 5 to 20 minutes. I have been a fan of oil pulling for some time and was very excited to try this product because of its convenience. However, I am not really impressed with this product and did not feel like it cleaned my teeth in comparison to others. I would recommend for the packaging as it is ideal for travel.

I found the solution for my not white teeth. Everything else I've tried is just like way too hastily, way too expensive, way too unhealthy, and this is the perfect balance. I'm gonna try this for the first time. It has natural stain fighting enzymes. It is not just for bleaching, but also generally just for oral hygiene, which is always good. Without peroxide, it is safe to use every day. It has no alcohol, no artificial flavors or colors, and it doesn't burn. Also, never tested on animals. Made in the US, gluten-free. Can we also talk about how the packaging kind of matches my eye shadow, and we could totally love it? Anyway, my teeth feel really nice. I'm gonna do this twice a day and keep you posted, but for now, my breath, or my teeth, or my mouth feeling feels really fresh.

teeth and fresher breath, I highly recommend this. This is the most gentle whitening that I've ever used on my teeth, better than using white strips or blue lights or anything like that. It's an easy way to add something simple to your daily routine. I finished this bottle and I'm definitely getting another one.
