There's so many things you can do to get really healthy hair, but one of the things is using the right hair care. And I recently fell in love with these Kim True small little repair hair mask pouches. It has seaweed and keratin in it, among other things. So it's really good to make your hair stronger, improve the elasticity of your hair, and also reduce breakage. I use this right after shampooing and my hair is damp. So I put this in, leave it in for two to three minutes. You can literally just shave or do whatever in two minutes. It goes so quickly. And then you rinse it out. The smell is amazing. I can't really describe it, but it's super fruity and nice. And I use these two to three times a week and I feel like just the quality of my hair has gotten so much better. This is my real hair. Also, obviously really great to travel with. I take two or three of these with me on vacation every time and super easy.

So I just washed my hair and I received these masks from Kim True, they're hair repair masks. There's keratin in them, which is amazing for your hair to strengthen your hair, improve elasticity and reduce breakage. And my hair could really benefit from these. It's not doing great right now. So I'm just going to use one of these. I don't love individual packaging, but it's great because I know exactly how much to use. I think there's like a good amount in here, which is good because I'm always like scared that I'm like there's not going to be enough. So just apply it from the root to the tip and kind of like massage it in your hair. It makes my hair feel so soft. So I feel like this is going to deliver very promising results.

I'm so sorry you didn't get to see the before of my hair, but I just did the hair repair mask by Kim True. This one. It works. It really hydrated my hair. My hair feels very very soft. I just blow dried it and of course, it's very fluffy right now. I have not styled it. I really like this product. It did what it said it was gonna do. It made my hair very soft. The only thing I don't like is that they're all individually packaged and that's a lot of plastic waste, but you know what? I'm gonna use it and I'll recycle it so can't complain.

Okay, hi guys as someone who's suffered with like a itchy dandruff scalp, I have something to recommend to you guys So I got the Kim True scalp cleansing gel from Flip and what it is is it comes into full pack with about 10 little Sticks and Each tip is made to go into your hair like this I've already used one and you can use like you can get up to like three uses for one Stick and so far it's been working really well. I love it And definitely I haven't had any issues with my scalp recently Which is amazing because I normally get really itchy scalp if I don't wash my hair every day. So yeah

So unfortunately I have dandruff but I found King True which is a scalp clear gel and I noticed that it has been helping my flaky scalp. To use it, you first apply this product evenly on the scalp and roots before shampooing. Massage gently for 3-5 minutes. I do the 5 minutes. Finally, rinse with warm water after the massage and shampoo and conditioning.

Update on the Kim True flaky scalp therapy. It's been a month and I really think it's been working so I recommend it.

No more dandruff, itchy or oily scalp. This has really changed the game. Since using this product I have gone more days without having to wash my hair. You apply this directly to your roots just before shampooing and just gently massage it for about three to five minutes. I then like to leave it in for about five or ten minutes. I'm actually shocked with how amazing the results are. I have no dandruff. Even the day I've washed my hair and I'm styling it I'll have dandruff just falling out. But look at that.
