So I got this Komuso whistle necklace thinking that it's just a really cool golden necklace, but it's not just a golden whistle. So this helps you. This helps you combat anxiety by slowing your breathing pattern as you blow on this. And it comes with a chain. There are different kinds of chain, the length and the type. And I chose this box chain. It's really cool. And how beautiful is this? I like the logo. And it says Shizukesa, meaning silence in Japanese. I love it.

I had to come on here and do like an official vocal review of this because it means so much to me. It just feels nice to know that a lot of people go through the same things you go through. I think this is a beautiful gift for anyone that does suffer from panic attacks or anxiety. It's a good way to show them that you care and it's a healthy way for people like me that do go through this to be reminded that all we need to do is just take a deep breath and slowly exhale and everything will be okay.
