I don't know if you can, I just look like I bruised myself, but it's very smooth. Like it doesn't like tug at my pits. And some of the other natural brands I've tried have done that. So this is my absolute favorite. If you're thinking about switching to aluminum-free or you have a desire to switch the one that you're currently using, definitely try this one.
