This is the Kosa's 10 second eyeshadow in the shade Copper Halo. This is what it's looking like and this is after I blend it out with my fingers. So as you can see it's very much pigmented and it blends very very nicely. I love this shade for my skin tone and I'm sure it works very well with plenty other skin tones.
