The Kylie Jenner luminous powder is one of those powders that is very fine thin. What I can say about it is that it does have flakes of gold in it as well. How I like to use it is I like to put it up under my eyes to set my under eye concealer down the center of my nose and also on the upper parts of my cheeks wherever I put the concealer at to highlight. I also like to put a little on my chin and down my cupid's bow. Is this one of my favorite powders? I have to be honest, no. To me it's a little too light. For some it may be too dark but for me this is a little too light. I need something that is a little bit more golden brown and this just has pink undertones.
