You twist it up and you see the oil come out, and then you just paint it on the cuticles, and then I also do it on the inside of my nails. My nail tech told me to do that and it helps with keeping your nails nice and hydrated, and your manicure actually lasts longer. So I just apply it all over and it's just been helping my nails look so nice. I have really dry hands, so I apply this and then some lotion and I'm good to go.
