After my many anxiety attacks with coffee, I decided to switch over to matcha and I have not gone back since. Today we're trying the latke matcha sticks. These are super cool because it's a little pack with your daily serving size of matcha and I just like to mix it in with a little bit of milk and then my creamer of choice and then I just blend it all up throw some ice cubes in it and it's ready to go. It's delicious.

Hey everyone, so I am testing out the Laka Ceremonial Matcha Sticks. It comes in with a box with these individual packets. You get actual 30 servings. I guess it's 15 packets, but it's 2 servings per packet. So I used a whole packet to make one. I mixed it with hot water with my frother and then blended in some coconut milk. And it's actually really tasty on its own. So it has like its own natural sweetness. I does say it has hints of rosemary and banana. Which it's very faint, but it does. So it's actually a very enjoyable cup of tea. You could add anything you want. I think it would be nice with a little bit of honey. So the ceremonial matcha tea is a little bit different. You're going to have some more health benefits as far as like gut support and metabolism apparently. So that's why I got these. It gives you like a nice even kill energy. It doesn't blend as well as I would hope. But it's all good.
