The real test is how long it will stay on the waterline. I have never found an eyeliner that stays on my waterline and doesn't gather on the inside. Black goopiness? No one likes that. It's not 100% still left on the waterline, but overall I think this is the best eyeliner that I've used so far. And the price is really good as well. So yeah, new favorite eyeliner for sure.
