I used one pencil to get this really cool impactful eye look. It's the oh my color gel liner in the brightest blue possible I'm not exaggerating when I say I've tested hundreds of different eye pencil formulas and this one impressed me Tremendously this pencil does it all it's super creamy easy to apply Amazing color lay down as you can see and the wear is unbelievable once it sets does not budge I've worn it through a workout and worn it all day and it literally stays in place and for the price you kind of can't Beat it The great thing about a high color pigment pencil like this is you really only need some mascara and gloss and you're done

Everyone is doing neon this summer. Priyanka Chopra did this beautiful blue. Anthony Su for the Joyride movie and this pretty blue with the wing liner. I recreated this look the other night for the Tessa party. I'm gonna show you how it's done. Simply, I took the black liner, doing a little flick of the wing, and I go over it. This liner was $4. The Oh My Color Gel Liner. I just go over it just a tad till the end on both sides and fan it out and that's it. Really, in this heat, less is more. Just keep the look simple and I'm ready to go. That's all how you do the blue liner.

I'm going to play around with this Lamelle color gel liner in the blue color. Oh look, I barely barely touched this and just kind of go on top of this black liner. You see that how it just goes smoothly? Bump this wing up too like right underneath. I'm kind of winging it here, no pun intended. Underneath just a little bit. I'm not going to do it all the way in. This is what it looks like. It's very gentle, just a little goes a long way. It's pretty just to play around with it. So yeah, highly recommend. It's great. It's a great price point and you got to have it.
