I wanted to give an update on brow food after using it for about two and a half months now, pretty consistently every night. I do think that perhaps the patchiness of my brow here has improved a little bit. I'm going to use this to kind of try to separate and show you. I know I had said I'm not going to pluck, I'm not going to mess with my brows. That also might have something to do with any added fullness.

This is the brow food product that I'm testing out. I don't have results yet. It's only been about 10 days. I do use it pretty consistently every night. I swipe it through my brows. I try to target the patchy areas, in particular this spot up front of this brow. It's just, I always have to fill it in. So I'm hoping I can see some hair regrowth there. So I wanted to say that, but yeah, it's supposed to make your eyebrows look thicker, fuller, stronger.

I wanted to film a check-in video. I've been using the Brow Food Eyebrow Enhancing Serum for four months now. I think the tube is supposed to last three months, but I've been using it almost every day and it's lasted me four months. I just ran out. This is what my eyebrows looked like before, and this is what they're looking like now. I don't feel like the results are super dramatic, but I do notice subtle differences, like the hair that's growing in looks and feels thicker, and I am seeing that some of my sparser areas are more filled in. For me, as you can tell, the results were pretty subtle, but I do definitely notice a difference. I think that if you over-tweezed your eyebrows or you damaged them in some way, you might see more dramatic results. But as I said, I do definitely notice a difference and I am happier with how my eyebrows look now.
