Have you ever had fricassee? It's a Cajun chicken stew that has become one of my favorite comfort dishes. Like all good Cajun dishes, you serve it over a bed of white rice, and then you top it with green onions. It may not look like much, but trust me, this has simmered for hours and it is packed with so much flavor. If you like food that feels like a hug in a bowl and you can dip crusty bread in, this is for you. I'm plating it in my new Leeway Home Bowls, and I love how deep they are. It retains heat really well, but it doesn't burn me, which is something that I was struggling with with my old bowls.

Can a bowl ever be more than just a bowl? That's a question I've been asking myself ever since I've gotten these bowls and blush from Leeway Home. Along with being a perfect vessel for my Saturday morning cereal and cartoons, they also are perfect when I'm serving dishes that involve rice or noodles at the bottom because they insulate heat really well. Or if I just wanna take ice cream out of the container and make it a little more fancy. As someone who loves to cook and uses cooking as a way to show love to the people I care about, I like that these bowls allow me to elevate the way I do that.

I'm so impressed with these Liyue Home Bowls. This is in the color slate, comes in a set of four. It's really high quality stoneware. It's dishwasher safe, microwave safe, has a matte exterior and a glossy interior. Really nice size, good for ice cream, soup, really easy to hold as well. Has tall curved edges so you don't have to worry about spilling. Absolutely love these.

Here's the Leeway Stone Bowls. Dishwasher safe, microwave safe, heavy. They have good weight to them. They don't seem like they'll break very easy in the color slate. I'm very happy with it. We've already used them. The kids like them. I like them. So definitely a yes for me.
