This is new to me, so trying this out to help reduce stress and anxiety. I don't know if you guys are familiar with kava, but I've been reading up on it and it's supposed to promote calm relaxation and a filling of euphoria. I got the pineapple mango flavor, oh pineapple mango coconut, and it is to die for. It tastes like a pina colada. It's amazing. Definitely read up on it because I am not familiar with the ingredients and the effects, but so far so good.

Okay, first flavor I'm trying out of this sampler from Lalo is Sparkling Tango Berry. It has kava in it, which is supposed to promote relaxation and calm. I've never tried it before, so I don't know how it tastes. I read something that said it might taste a little bit bitter, so let's see how it goes. It's really yummy. That tastes very tropical. It's really sweet. I wonder if it has any added sugars in it. It does have nine grams of added sugars, so that's good to know if you pay attention to that kind of thing. It's got 100% of your daily recommended value of niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and pantothenic acid. It also has 100 milligrams of L-theanine, which I know is in a lot of sleep supplements. A lot of times it's paired with melatonin. I hope this doesn't make me too sleepy. Maybe it's just more of a calming, relaxing effect. The taste is a big thumbs up for me. We'll see how the calming effects go. It is currently like noon, so we'll see if it's-

I love that Flip has been getting more fun drinks like these because if there's one thing I am, it is a beverage girl. I got this sampler from the brand Lalo which comes with six different flavors. I'm going to review them all and the main ingredient is kava which is something I had never even heard of before. So kava is a plant that's native to the South Pacific, so places like Hawaii, Tonga, and Fiji, and it is primarily consumed for its relaxing properties which sounds great to me. I do recommend doing a little bit of research before you consume kava like with anything new. There are some conditions with which you should not consume kava as well as certain medication interactions. These all seem to be pretty mild from what I've seen, but like definitely just do a check and make sure you're good to go. With all that said, I'm super excited to try it, follow along to see how I like the six different flavors.

Trying my Lalo. This is my first time having Cava. Ooh, that's delicious. If there's Cava in here, you can't even taste it. I will report back in like 30 minutes, and I'll let you guys know how I feel. Okay, it's only been like 15 minutes, and I've only had like half the can, but I'm not gonna lie, I feel like, kind of relaxed. I feel a little bit buzzed, but not out of control. Definitely gonna drink these from now on when I just like wanna chill and relax before bed. It's a thumbs up from me.

These are kava drinks so kava is traditionally made it's a root and it's traditionally made into a tea and it's it's for relaxation and Anti-anxiety mood boosting and The reason why I know about it is because when I was out in Hawaii and got my tattoos It is tradition in Hawaii to drink kava Before you're the tattooing process in order to relax you beforehand It is normally very very bitter, but they have somehow managed to make these drinks delicious with lemon ginger Tango berry raspberry and hibiscus The best part it also has L-theanine 100 milligrams, which is also so great for your mood and relaxation highly recommend these

This is my second time buying Lalo from Flip and let me tell you why. I love to order Lalo from Flip because I get 30% off. It's way cheaper than to order it from the official website or Amazon. It's my favorite relaxing kava drink. It comes in four flavors. Blackberry, sparkling lemon ginger, I love this one, raspberry hibiscus, sparkling tango berry. So these two are my favorites, tango berry and hibiscus, but super relaxing. It's a good alcohol replacement and it's giving you a little numbing and tingling effect on your tongue and palate. If you didn't try kava yet as an alcohol replacement, you're missing out. It's so delicious and relaxing. This is my favorite drink after busy workday.

I'm a big fan of Lalo Cava. I tried it before, I found it on Flip, and now I'm super happy because I can get it with 30% off. They all taste amazing. This is my evening routine. I love to have a glass of cava with ice. It's way better than to have margarita after your workday. It really relaxes you, and it's giving this tingling and numbing effect, like it numbs your tongue and palate a little bit. My favorite flavor is sparkling raspberry hibiscus, but sparkling lemon and tango berry is good as well. The pink one with hibiscus is the best. So if you guys want to replace your alcohol, especially if you need a drink after work, this is the best healthy way to do that. It tastes amazing. You don't get drunk, you don't get tipsy. You feel relaxed and comfortable, and this is what I love about this drink.
