If you want something that's a perfect mixture of modern and retro, then this digital clock is a really good choice. This thing is super easy to set up and it just runs off batteries so there's not even a cable attached to it, which really just makes it easy to place anywhere that you need. And when the time changes, there's this nice tactile flipping sound that I absolutely adore. So if you want something that's really nice looking but simple to add an accent to any room in your house, I'd highly recommend checking this out.

My order from Tilemat just came in. Here she is! So this is a fully customizable doormat. It comes with this mesh bag full of black tiles, and you can actually lay them out on these little hexagons and spell out whatever you want so it can switch with the time of the year. So I think I'm just gonna start out and try and make it say welcome because I don't know what to do yet. But I'm excited about this because I usually just get the ones from Target or like any home decor store that lose their color and I have to buy ones for every single season. So this, if it holds its color and I can switch it out for every season, this might be my best purchase yet. This is kind of cathartic. I'm cracking up because this thing is so cute and huge and of course what I spell out is just hi. And look at how stinking cute that is! I can't wait to like make more stuff.
