It also has a rechargeable LED light. You turn it on by holding the button for four seconds, turn it off by holding it again. You don't need a ton of product and just focus it on where your teeth actually show and then you just pop it in, turn on the light and wait for the light to finish.

People think I'm obsessed with this, but I'm okay with it. I am obsessed with it. And I think this is an obsession that doesn't hurt anyone.

Here I have the whitening kit by Lenhart. It's really nice, fancy as you can see it comes in this packaging. It comes with syringes in this one, another whitening gel in this middle part, and this is the actual mouthpiece that you put the gel into.
