Acetyl L-carnitine is really good for brain, eye health, and cellular energy, aka fat loss. I've been taking it for a long time. I actually dropped off for a while and then I got the lipospheric acetyl L-carnitine. It has liposomes, so it's more bioavailable in your body, which means maximum absorption. Your body utilizes all of it. So you just cut this open, drop it in one to three ounces of water. I put it in with my flavored BCAAs. I learned about this brand from one of my best friends. She takes the liposomal vitamin C, which I also ordered, and then you drink it in one gulp. Can't really taste it with the BCAAs.
