All right, girl talk. I picked up the menstrual cup from the brand Lunette and I love how the box reads. You're bloody awesome I have been using menstrual cups for over four years now and honestly They're such a great investment because it can last up to 10 years with proper care. That's cheaper in the long run Plus it's better for the environment. If you haven't used one before there are plenty of great tutorials on YouTube on how to insert and remove it But you can also read the instructions of the box which are really helpful Depending on your flow you might have to dispose it more often But for me, I do it once in the morning and once in the evening I also brought in the green one here for comparison It's still in great condition after four years Looks like it's a bit bigger than the Lunette and I'll definitely have to cut the tip of the Lunette one as well I love that it comes with a pouch Which makes it very convenient for traveling and storing and lastly make sure you boil in water before and after you choose I love that it comes with a pouch.
