I already have four other ones of these. They don't move, they don't move. I went to the beach in them, they didn't move. And I went like in the water too. This is waterproof, it doesn't move, it glides on really well. It dries quickly though, so if you wanna use the little smudge brush that comes with it, use it, like, put down a stroke and then start blending because it dries down very fast. But I love these. If you can see, the brush is rounded at the bottom, which makes it very easy to do both your hands, including your non-dominant. And that's something your girl needs.
