Okay, so I have been using this product for about a week now and I'm somebody that deals with seasonal depression and I have a really hard time sleeping at night, so let's talk about it. This Luna Nectar Nocturne Magnesium Oil, babes. I literally slept so good for the past week that I've been waking up with a better attitude and it just, the sleep that I'm getting is intrinsical, if you will. I'm waking up with slobber on my face and that never happens unless I'm in a deep trance of sleep. On top of that, the packaging is so cute. I'm obsessed. It is literally glass packaging and it's just black and so minimal. It can sit up on my little bathroom stand and I just love it. It's so cute. I can't wait to try the rest of these products.

I put one right here and then one on my hands that I just kind of rubbed on my shoulders and it smells so nice. And I did some research on why magnesium helps you sleep much better. This is Luna Nectar Nocturne Magnesium Sleep Oil. You spray it on, one or two sprays before bed, let it dry, and then it helps you sleep. And if you're like me and you have trouble shutting off your brain, being able to stop thinking and stuff just to calm your mind down enough to go to sleep, this stuff will help. Sometimes I'll spray it just like, top to bottom, sometimes I'll spray it right on the bottoms of my feet because that helps too, and it just calms my mind, it helps me shut it off and go to sleep, it helps get rid of restless legs if I have restless legs, especially if I spray it on my feet and kind of rub it up my calves. Great stuff.
