All right, y'all I'll be the first to try these so first I love that they have very few ingredients easy to read the label On the back. They also have more protein than an egg and no oats, but it's more fiber than oats, which I love So here you go Okay, here goes nothing So they still taste like a granola bar Like with the hints of the cranberry the tahini is not as prominent If you think that there's a little spice a little hint of it Overall, it tastes like a very healthy hearty Tasty bar. I think you'd be like cranberry through the bars. You'll like this but again, clean nutritious and I Like the flavor give it a try
