So I have been doing this product for about three weeks now and I Have already lost five pounds I feel great it tastes great if you want to lose weight and Want to try a simple solution. I would 100% try this out

All right, so I've been trying a ton of different supplements and green juices in particular So I'm gonna give you a lowdown on this macro life macro greens the pros and the cons here So pros you're gonna get five servings of fruit five servings of vegetables with very low Carbohydrates and very low calories, so it's gonna be amazing for weight loss And if you're just trying to add extra vitamins and extra greens to your diet It's gonna be great for digestion also because it's packed with probiotics you get like 18 billion units So that's incredible It's also gonna give you a lot energy because it has green tea extract and ginkgo biloba So that's an added benefit, and it has echinacea and a ton of vitamin C So it's gonna help you get over illnesses the cons I tried it with both water and in a smoothie I I could drink some earthy stuff, but man. This is the earthiest one. I've tasted so I don't recommend it and just water I put it in a smoothie, and then it was just fine So unless you're like you really like earthy stuff, then go for it, but that's what I recommend

We're in the spring and so I've just been trying to be a lot more healthier and I've been trying these macro greens And honestly the taste isn't bad I mix it with some apple juice like 1 4th a cup of apple juice and then the rest will just be water and I put some ice in it because I Just can't do warm drinks But I just put it in the blender. That's why it's kind of foaming like that I will say it's kind of hard to mix like if I mix manually I'll get a bunch of like itty bitty pieces of like nastiness, but it's really good Yeah, it's really good

Today we're trying Macro Life Naturals Macro Green Superfood. They come in these super cute single serving packets and contain five servings of fruits and vegetables. It also has 18 billion probiotics so I'm super excited to try this. As someone that's tried a lot of green powders, this one's not bad. I would say that I would give it an 8 out of 10 on taste because it does taste a little sour, like kind of like lemon. I don't know if that's just me but I can definitely see myself waking up making a smoothie and throwing a pack of this into it.

All right, so I was already obsessed with the macro life vanilla vegan protein powder So I had to get the to go packets So this comes with a pack of 10 servings So they're like nice individual packets So that's really nice. You can take them on the go. The reason why I love this so much is because They are packed with Probiotics which you don't see in Protein powders very often. It's also packed with a fruit and vegetable blend So you're getting a lot of fruits and vegetables in there and it has a time released protein so you get I think it's 25 grams of protein and For for the full serving and it is released throughout the day Super cool. I love everything about this and it actually tastes really good. So Huge plus I drink it in my smoothie every single morning highly recommend

They have 1 billion non-dairy probiotics in there, which is huge It has elderberry. So it's super high in vitamin C like 700% So it's gonna help you get over, you know any kind of illness It's gonna help give you that boost for sure with those two things. It also has mangosteen in it So if you don't know about that, it's a really strong antioxidant that helps fight infections and it's anti-inflammatory It's really expensive and hard to find so that's a huge selling point for me that that's in here And the flavor it's just when you just mix it with water. It's just like water with a hint of flavor I think it'd be better to mix it in with smoothies
