Alright guys, this is one of my passions, you know what I'm saying, CMOS is one of my passions to talk about. I've tried several different CMOS products, I've made CMOS myself and I'm going to say this like this, when I first got the bottle I was initially disappointed at the amount of CMOS per pill, it's only 300 milligrams, you know what I'm saying, I'm used to taking anything up to 1500 a nut, you know what I'm saying, I'm a CMOS fanatic. But I will say this, when I took this one I was up immediately, brain fog gone immediately, how I take CMOS, I take it as soon as I wake up, you know what I'm saying, so I can feel fresh, I'm not fighting the morning per se, you know what I'm saying, I don't have any lotion or oil on my body, I'm in the shade, you know what I'm saying, the sun, this is how I look in the sun, the sun is completely different, you know what I mean, but look at how moisturized my body is and that's all from taking this, I'm not going to hold you, this is exactly what this is.

So guys, hey, so we back again this one right here this black seed oil. This has been one of my favorite products for like the past three years. They say it carry everything with death. I believe that to be true. I use it on my skin. I use it on my hair, my beard. I'm trying to think what else do I usually? Yeah, you can use it to support your appetite. Definitely when you're sick. This this eats a lot of that. I don't know if it's actually eating, but it it gets rid of it helps you get rid of a lot of mucus. You know I'm saying when you sick. I'm trying to think anything else less, you know, it's nothing but good things to say about it, you know.

I was really excited after my last free item with flip but these mental mushrooms They're not it for me they were supposed to help with clarity energy mental sharpness and They don't I made sure to use them for a few weeks And the only thing that I really like is the flavor that has like a really nice earthy flavor So if you like matcha or anything like that, definitely add this to your coffee or even to your matcha. It tastes amazing I'm thinking of trying mushrooms again, but maybe something more concentrated and that might be what I'm looking for. But yeah This just wasn't it for me

Okay, I had to tell you guys about this. This, this, you have a problem focusing. Add it to your coffee. I added this to a cup of decaf coffee. When I tell you I was on a roll. I was on a straight roll. Nothing could stop me. Nothing. These on top of this, y'all heard about these mushroom reishi, shiaga, cordyceps, you guys have heard about this all over TikTok. Maju's mental mushrooms. These things help you focus. I'm telling you right now. The taste kind of gives the coffee like a chocolatey type of vibe. But y'all. This is real. It's a must have. So order these if you have a problem focusing or anything like that. And it's super good for you. Really healthy.

Welcome to a morning in my life. I started off by going on a little bike ride just to get some exercise in for the morning. And now I'm going to be making my favorite breakfast greens smoothie, featuring a new favorite product of mine, which is a superfood greens powder. It is packed with chlorophyll, vitamins, antioxidants, all that good stuff. It's just a perfect way to get your greens in and I love adding it to my smoothies because I barely taste it. And it only took four days to come after I placed my order, which was so super convenient.

I just got this, I'm ready to try it. But spirulina is a algae like plant that grows underwater and it gets its color from chlorophyll. So I like to take it for overall just health and wellness. Look into spirulina and what it's good for. But one thing that I don't like about this, okay, maybe this isn't something to complain about, but I'm going to. Who can read that? Nobody can read that. I'm 50, I can't read that. I had to get my magnifying glass out to look at how to use this. So yeah, we need bigger lettering, okay? But this is what it looks like. It really is a dark green powder. And it's one teaspoon and you're supposed to take one serving a day, okay? I got my magnifying glass out and I could finally read what it said. I don't know why it irritates me, but it does. I hate when I get a container and I can't read the writing. So I'm going to mix about one teaspoon into yogurt. There's better ways.

I am making a review on this superfood powder It's called the speluna powder if I'm saying it right, but you can see here that I made a smoothie And this is the speluna Superfood smoothie that I made and I garnished it with some berries and some toasted coconuts On it on top of it also this contains banana mango ripe avocado, baby spinach You know also a cup of almond milk the speluna powder chia seeds and maple syrup and vanilla you know and It looks good. Let me try this out It's pretty good
