I actually ingest this orally as well, you know, take a teaspoon. This thing is said to cure everything but death how true that is. I don't know. I'm still alive. So but um, this is a heck of a product. You can rub it on broken skin and heals. It is good for your lungs, you know, anybody out there that smoke, you know, you can ingest this orally and it repairs your lungs. It does a lot of good. It's a lot of goodness. And like I say, you could apply it all over your body hair and it just make everything come back to life. They say I cure everything but death. You feel me black seed.

Hello! So this was my free gift from my last book box. It's this black seed oil gummies. And I've been wanting to try a black seed oil supplement for a long time. I've just heard they have great benefits. One of the biggest ones is that black seed oil helps reduce inflammation. And inflammation can just cause a whole lot of bad chronic things in your body. So it's always good to reduce that inflammation. So this helps with that. And these also help with hair, skin, nails, digestion, and immunity. So lots of great benefits from these gummies. I also do really love that they are in a gummy form. So you take two a day. Let me get two out. They look like this. Little, just little gummies. And they kind of, they taste good. They have like a gingery, lemony type taste to them. So yeah, you just take two a day. And they're super yummy. And you get your black seed oil.

They taste really weird, as I said. That's kind of like the only thing that I notice about them. And usually when I take a supplement, I can kind of notice a difference within the first day or within the second day. But yeah, I'll keep taking them unless some adverse reaction starts. They were free, so there's no loss to me if they don't really work out. But they're kind of weird tasting and I don't notice a difference, so.

I've been trying these for the past two weeks. Don't really like them, don't really notice a difference and they taste really weird. I don't really know how to describe the taste, they just taste gross. But I went to the health food store after researching green powders and I got this amazing grass greens blend Detox and Digest and I actually notice a significant difference with my energy level, generally feeling better during the day and other benefits. So oh yeah and a little bit more of brain clarity. So if you want to try this out they probably have little sample sizes as well. It's worth a shot.

There have been some studies showing that Lyme's main can improve concentration and help with cognitive function. I did take these for several months consistently when I was studying for my boards, and I did notice that it helped, except that I was also eating much more healthy at the time, so who knows. In my opinion, there's not enough evidence to definitely support that it does help brain function, so use at your own discretion.
