I have been long overdue for a new knife and this knife did not disappoint. I was making teriyaki salmon bowls tonight for dinner and this knife literally just cut the salmon like it was butter. I made a marinade with some seasonings and put the chunks of salmon in the air fryer and dinner was done.

It's made of three layers of high carbon and stainless Japanese steel. Pointy tip and sharp edge help to control slicing and dicing. Super sharp and very convenient. It is also corrosion resistant. It has matte and stain resistant composite handle. I love it and I definitely recommend.
