I have been long overdue for a new knife and this knife did not disappoint. I was making teriyaki salmon bowls tonight for dinner and this knife literally just cut the salmon like it was butter. I made a marinade with some seasonings and put the chunks of salmon in the air fryer and dinner was done.

It has matte and stain resistant composite handle. I love it and I definitely recommend.
