I have been long overdue for a new knife and this knife did not disappoint. I was making teriyaki salmon bowls tonight for dinner and this knife literally just cut the salmon like it was butter. I made a marinade with some seasonings and put the chunks of salmon in the air fryer and dinner was done.

I am in love with this beautiful knife. Let's test how sharp it actually is.

Three things I love about this knife. One, it's a great size. Two, the neutral design is beautiful. And three, it cuts very well.

I love cooking and I only use two types of knives, either very big or about 8 inches long. This is my new favorite one. The blade is about 4 inches and the total length is about 8. It's made of three layers of high carbon and stainless Japanese steel. Pointy tip and sharp edge help to control slicing and dicing. Super sharp and very convenient. It is also corrosion resistant. It has matte and stain resistant composite handle. I love it and I definitely recommend.
