It was so satisfying to peel these ribbons off the cucumber and they were paper thin. When I first ordered this I just knew it would be one of those satisfying things to do or what someone do. This peeler has the right weight with a solid construction that helps you with the perfect sturdy grip. My favorite part is the design and just how sharp the blade is.
