If you're looking to encourage confidence in the kitchen for your kids, the Kids Set by Material will do the trick. This is a super cute cooking set designed for small hands. It comes with a cook deck with recipe and ingredient cards, this really cool air whisk which doesn't interlock at the top so clumps don't get stuck in it and it's really easy to clean, as well as this small silicone slanted spatula. It also has cards like ingredient cards that list out ingredients with pictures, direction cards like combining and stirring and mixing, equipment cards that have pictures of the equipment you're looking for, and then recipe cards which outline really simple kid-friendly recipes like mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, crepes, etc. Traditional adult equipment is usually too heavy and too big for kids and this is just perfect for getting them involved and hopefully doing the dishes.

My kiddos have been loving this little material set. It comes with a whisk, a little deck of cards, and a like scraper. Actually I borrowed this a few times because it's silicone so it's great for your nonstick pans and they do sell this separately. So I wouldn't necessarily get the set but that whisk is really nice so even if you want to use it for yourself I would pick it up.
