I have been long overdue for a new knife and this knife did not disappoint. I was making teriyaki salmon bowls tonight for dinner and this knife literally just cut the salmon like it was butter. I made a marinade with some seasonings and put the chunks of salmon in the air fryer and dinner was done.

I love cooking and I only use two types of knives, either very big or about 8 inches long. This is my new favorite one. The blade is about 4 inches and the total length is about 8.
