I knew I needed a new serrated knife but I didn't realize how badly I needed a new one and you'll see what I mean in a minute. This is the material's six inch serrated knife and it cuts through a freshly baked loaf of ciabatta really easily. Now let's compare it to my old knife which is from Faberweir. It couldn't even crack the crust of my ciabatta. I really thought it was going to be better than this but after a few back and forth attempts I just gave up and I moved back to my new knife from Material Kitchen. I think it's clear which one's the real winner and what I'll be using moving forward.
