So an old makeup artist trick is to use an opaque white eyeliner on the inner waterline just to make the eyes look bigger, make you look more alert. But when I use white, I just have this, it's this marionette kind of look. It looks like something from a horror show. So I am so glad to find the Melt Slick Waterline Eye Pencil in Caramel, which is much more complementary to my skin tone. And it goes on in one quick, easy swipe. And I absolutely love the effect. It just gives a wider, brighter, more alert eye without looking so harsh. And they have a variety of really nice colors. I think there's an olive that I'm going to try next. But guys, this is a really great idea, especially for darker skin sisters who just can't wear that white.

Welcome to part 3 of my review of the She's In Parties eyeshadow palette by Melt Cosmetics. As promised, I'm sharing with you how I got the look that I showed you in the previous videos. The first shade that I used, which I wish this was not the name of it, but it's total immortal, is this pretty lilac matte shade. That's what I placed all over the crease. Then I put Last Caress directly in the middle of the crease and I blended those colors out with a fluffy clean brush. And this is a deep plum matte shade. Then I put Sleepwalk in the inner and outer third. It's a pretty eggplant-y, shimmery shade. And then I finished off with the star of the party, Strange Love, which is a lilac shimmer shade. I don't know why it's coming out so blurry, but I will give you a swatch in the next video. But these are all of the shades.

I've never tried Melt Cosmetics and I saw it on Flip and I'm so excited. I needed a new eyeshadow palette and I grabbed She's in Parties and let's swatch it. It's definitely like a purpley, violet-y, rosy to rosy. Hello again. And let's swatch. Okay, so this is Skeleton's Kiss. Strange love, very sheer, total immortal. She's in Parties, Sleepwalk, Mean Streak, and Lost Control. Can't wait to play with these.
