So the last thing in my flip box is the Mind Body Green postbiotic body lotion and this is a barrier like protective cream so it protects your body from infection stressors pollutants irritants things of that nature some of the key ingredients in this are aloe, coconut oil, shea butter so some really hydrating ingredients in there just for my skin I'm super dry so not a lot can keep me moisturized throughout the day and this isn't one of those creams for me but it does sink in if you have normal skin this will probably work for you it's just not for me
