Magnesium is the only supplement that consistently stays in my routine. Magnesium from Moon Juice has been my go-to for the last three years for a few reasons. One being that it's just delicious, it tastes like a light berry jello, and it's also sweetened with monk fruit extract rather than stevia for no weird aftertaste. When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, the first supplement that my doctor suggested that I start taking were bioavailable forms of magnesium. And also it is such a refreshing little drink to have before bed. Like I look forward to having it because it's so yummy, but it's not overly sweet and like too much before bed. And then I also see so many girls on social media do like cute little mocktails with this right before bed to like wind down. So I also love doing that, but I really, really, really recommend this. It's yummy. It does its job and the packaging is so cute.
