Magnesium is the only supplement that consistently stays in my routine. Magnesium from Moon Juice has been my go-to for the last three years for a few reasons. One being that it's just delicious, it tastes like a light berry jello, and it's also sweetened with monk fruit extract rather than stevia for no weird aftertaste. When I was diagnosed with endometriosis, the first supplement that my doctor suggested that I start taking were bioavailable forms of magnesium. Apologies if this is TMI, but I've found this both helps gently relieve constipation, and especially when traveling, but I've also seen improvement in my sleep quality, menstrual cramps, and migraines. It tastes like a treat for me, but it's a real treat for my body.

I'm really excited to make this review because this is the second order of the Moon Juice Magnesium that I make on Flip. And I really, really love it. Honestly, just because like I'm an insomniac and I was taking melatonin for a long time, but I heard that you can kind of get dependent on it. And honestly, melatonin does nothing for me. Like it does not make me sleepy at all, but this does. This like, it's not even like it makes me sleepy. It just makes me feel really calm and mellow. And then I get sleepy as a result of it. And also it is such a refreshing little drink to have before bed. Like I look forward to having it because it's so yummy, but it's not overly sweet and like too much before bed. And then I also see so many girls on social media do like cute little mocktails with this right before bed to like wind down. So I also love doing that, but I really, really, really recommend this. It's yummy. It does its job and the packaging is so cute.

So let me tell you this works because this is my fourth bottle already It has magnesium which has so many amazing Benefits, but it also has L-theanine.
