So I decided to give the Super U Dietary Supplement by Moon Juice a shot. I really like this brand because it's clean, active, and potent. They're a supplement and they're full of adaptogens and it's supposed to be for stress management. Helps your energy, helps regulate your mood, and helps you focus. And I was going through a lot in my life as we all do sometimes and I just like needed a little extra something. This really did help, I really did notice a difference. So it's not going to be like a 100% difference, but sometimes that 15-20% boost is really all we need to get through what life throws at us. So I do highly recommend this and I don't even take the full dose. I only take one a day instead of two. So if you take two a day I'm sure it'll be even better.
