It's about to be a great morning with Tang. I'm the kind of person, I used to have two cups of coffee every single day just to keep awake. Not anymore. I have one glass of this and I have such amazing energy without the jitters. It helps with my metabolism and my serotonin levels. I felt this natural happiness and just overall so much less stressed. I didn't even realize how stressed I was. Don't get me started on the taste of the ingredients either. It is amazing. Oh my God. It's good.

Okay, I've been mixing this B vitamin supplement by Moon Juice called Ting, cool name by the way, into my water every day and it really helps with your energy levels and with your mental clarity. It also has ginseng in it which is kind of calming and really just boosts your energy and metabolism. This supplement is vegan, it's completely bioavailable and it tastes so good. It tastes like mango or passion fruit and it's only sweetened with monk fruit. So I actually noticed that I drink a lot more water using this in my water because it tastes really nice. But you're not drinking anything sugary or anything but it tastes so good. I can definitely recommend incorporating this in your daily routine.

I honestly don't think I could make it through the day without my B vitamins. So obviously I had to get Ting from Moon Juice which helps boost your energy and metabolism. All you have to do is mix it in some water and it tastes very citrusy and like mango. This really helped me get through that midday slump.
