They work very much almost like a Listerine strip You don't have to rinse it out, which is awesome But you need to make sure you get it placed on your teeth correctly or else it'll get all stuck to your to your gums But I really like these they are effective I'm really bad about using them consistently, but I did notice a difference when I was using it consistently I love the ingredients also something with this It has a little bit of chamomile a little bit of lavender and an ingredient here to help protect enamel

If you've been struggling whitening your teeth at home and all the other treatments take like 30 minutes, this one only takes 5 minutes. The sleek packaging comes with a bunch of dissolving strips which you put on beforehand and it comes with a charger. The blue light LED device is also included and it's very easy to turn on and lasts for 5 minutes. It claims to do 12 shades whiter if you use it consistently every morning and every night for two weeks. The strips were very easy to put on and I like how the device didn't stick to my lips and I didn't have to worry about any messy gels or anything like that. The blue light activates the hydrogen peroxide in the dissolving strips and afterwards my teeth got very white. Just remember that if you drink coffee, red wine, or tea, you do have to maintain your teeth and you have to keep doing this treatment.
