I do this even in class when I'm feeling like I've got to fall asleep by the professor, and it just changes my mood upside down. I would recommend you trying to get these as a free gift. It's $24 for six of these packs, and I think each one has 12. So it is a little bit more on the pricey side for mints. So I tried it as my free gift, and I love it, and I'll definitely be trying it again.
