I just grab a pack of gum, run it to my car, and I take a piece on the way there. Each piece has 40 milligrams of caffeine in it. I got the cinnamon flavor. I like it. It's a little powdery of a gum, which I don't love, but it tastes great. It's super strong and it gives me the energy that I need. So it comes in a pack of nine. These mints give you an instant energy and focus boost. Each mint has caffeine, of course, B vitamins for focus, and L-theanine, which is a natural amino acid that's supposed to reduce anxiety and stress. So no caffeine jitters. They're super minty and I love the little carrying case.

These are the Neuromint's Energy and Focus. As you can see, they don't have a lot of ingredients listed, which I love, and which makes me feel safe taking these. These have been my savior in my college classes. I've been studying for a lot of tests coming up, and I've been doing a lot of homework with doing all-nighters, and these are my savior. I take one to two at a time, and I just pop it in. It makes me feel refreshed, I love the flavor, and it just makes me feel awake. It's $24 for six of these packs, and I think each one has 12. So it is a little bit more on the pricey side for mints. So I tried it as my free gift, and I love it, and I'll definitely be trying it again.
