I just grab a pack of gum, run it to my car, and I take a piece on the way there. Each piece has 40 milligrams of caffeine in it. I got the cinnamon flavor. I like it. It's a little powdery of a gum, which I don't love, but it tastes great. It's super strong and it gives me the energy that I need. So it comes in a pack of nine.
