I actually really enjoyed this shampoo and conditioner. The scalp treatment, I don't really know if it's doing anything or not, but I really, really like the way my hair feels after using these. It's not heavy I still have that bounce all all of the things that you want when you have curly hair this nioxin gel did Wonders to give me the definition and the volume that I want without making my hair hard crunchy or anything like that So if you have thin hair first of all this is nioxin is the product for you But this gel this gel is what you want to use so try it out
