Hi everyone, so today I'm talking about the Nod Pod, and it's the weighted blanket for your eyes. It is a weighted sleep mask. You can also put it in the fridge or the freezer to make cold, but I don't wanna put it on my, I don't wanna put it on my eyes right now because I just did my makeup, but yeah, essentially you just tie it around your eyes. It's hard for me to do a review of me using this, but I have slept with this already, like on my face, and I can say it's really good during the daytime because I have a hard time sleeping during the day when there's a lot of light. So this really helps just keep the light out, and I also think it's relaxing to have some weight on my eyes. Sometimes I, I'm on Adderall, so it's hard for me to close my eyes and keep them shut sometimes, so I think this really encourages me. My mother asked for one of these for Christmas, and I think it works extremely well. I love it, and I love the packaging. It kind of goes on like this, but I do recommend this product. There we are.

I have something a little funky to show you guys. It's a weighted blanket for your eyes. And I actually really wish I had more than a minute to talk about it because I love this thing so much, okay? I was a little skeptical because I don't really like those like sleeping masks, you know what I'm saying, that cover your eyes. This is nothing like this. I've slept with this the past two nights. I have insomnia and I've been sleeping like a baby, okay? And they advertise as having like this like calming effect like within minutes. It does, it does. I literally, oh my goodness. I went to bed so fast. I do not go to bed fast. It says the science is known as deep touch pressure. Oh my goodness. They have like a warm micro fleece side, a cooling cotton side. I like the cotton side. It feels really good. If you're like on your back, you go boom, you just lay. You don't have to tie or anything. And if you do want to secure it, you can just like put it through this little hole a little bit, but I'm a side sleeper. So I go, boom. My life has been changed.

I probably don't even need to tell you that the better you sleep, the happier you are, the more productive you are, the better you are as a person. That's why you need a Nod Pod. So you've heard of a weighted blanket before. Well, this is a weighted eye mask. When gentle pressure is applied to the body, it has an incredible calming effect. The science behind this is known as deep touch pressure. This eye mask also has two sides, so it has a cooling side and a warm side. You can secure it in the back or you can just lay it across your eyes like this, and you can use it when you sleep on your side. It's a game changer. So, I hope you enjoyed this video. All right besties it's time to get your candles, grab your blankets, snuggle up in bed, and don't forget your Nod Pod weighted blanket for your eyes. Baby let me tell you this gentle pressure weighted blanket is the best thing to ever happen to me. It's dual-sided but I'm biased for the jersey because it's so cooling and relaxing. I mean the moment that I put this on my eyes I just secure it in the back and it lights out.

So I've been using this non-pod weighted sleep mask for about a week and a half now and I just absolutely love it. It's got four of these little weighted sections here. It's going to be warming on this side and then it's cooling on this side, depending on your preference. This has helped me to sleep so much better at night. It's kind of like a weighted blanket for your eyes and I love that. And it's also so great for when you have a headache. I can stick this in the freezer or I can stick it in the microwave and I just rest it on my eyes and it has helped soothe my headaches so much. I highly recommend this product.

I am about to get ready for the day, but I wanted to talk about this Nod Pod. Nod Pod, I'm assuming that's how you say it. It's a weighted blanket for your eyes. It's like an eye mat. These are weighted and you can hook it through here or you can just lay it. I really like what it's made out of. It's super soft, super comfortable. I love the weighted aspect of it. This is perfect if you get like headaches, migraines. I really do think it's great for that. I don't necessarily find myself reaching for it a ton while I sleep. If I'm having a hard time falling asleep, I'll reach for it. It's something that I would have never thought I needed until I tried it. But if you have headaches or migraines, I definitely recommend this. It is such a great way to ease that. Obviously, it's not going to fix it, but it helps ease headaches, migraines and just gives you that extra weight on your eyes.

I'm reviewing this Nod Pod. So you can hear This is the sand in there. It's not too heavy. I think it's just like the right amount of weight This side is kind of like microfiber warmer and this side is cooler. It's like cotton I think this was a really interesting concept because it doesn't tie over naturally So you either have to let be someone who lays really flat or you tie this around the back Which I don't feel super comfortable because it's like something on the back of my head I don't hate this product. However Because I sleep I flip up when I sleep I flip around So this unfortunately doesn't stay on me But if you're someone who just wants to use it for a nap, I can see how it's helpful It's a little bit expensive. But yeah, this is the review for it Nod Pod

We're gonna be trying out the not pod weighted blanket for your eyes now It's supposed to help you get better sleep at night by giving you gentle pressure to your body to give you a calming effect That's what it says on here. Now. I got excited and I went ahead and opened it off camera So this is what it looks like and oh wow this is definitely a Different feeling and I feel like it is gonna make me feel very calm because that instantly just made me feel like whoa So I'm gonna try this out for a couple of nights and I will let you guys know My updated opinion on it because I can't give an opinion on it yet when I haven't even tried it out, you know But it has microbeads inside of it and it's very soft So I'm very excited to use this and it doesn't have a scent either. So very very excited
