Hi everyone, so today I'm talking about the Nod Pod, and it's the weighted blanket for your eyes. It is a weighted sleep mask. You can also put it in the fridge or the freezer to make cold, but I don't wanna put it on my, I don't wanna put it on my eyes right now because I just did my makeup, but yeah, essentially you just tie it around your eyes. It's hard for me to do a review of me using this, but I have slept with this already, like on my face, and I can say it's really good during the daytime because I have a hard time sleeping during the day when there's a lot of light. So this really helps just keep the light out, and I also think it's relaxing to have some weight on my eyes. Sometimes I, I'm on Adderall, so it's hard for me to close my eyes and keep them shut sometimes, so I think this really encourages me. My mother asked for one of these for Christmas, and I think it works extremely well. I love it, and I love the packaging. It kind of goes on like this, but I do recommend this product. There we are.

I have something a little funky to show you guys. It's a weighted blanket for your eyes. And I actually really wish I had more than a minute to talk about it because I love this thing so much, okay? I was a little skeptical because I don't really like those like sleeping masks, you know what I'm saying, that cover your eyes. This is nothing like this. I've slept with this the past two nights. I have insomnia and I've been sleeping like a baby, okay? And they advertise as having like this like calming effect like within minutes. It does, it does. I literally, oh my goodness. I went to bed so fast. I do not go to bed fast. It says the science is known as deep touch pressure. Oh my goodness. They have like a warm micro fleece side, a cooling cotton side. I like the cotton side. It feels really good. If you're like on your back, you go boom, you just lay. You don't have to tie or anything. And if you do want to secure it, you can just like put it through this little hole a little bit, but I'm a side sleeper. So I go, boom. My life has been changed.

I probably don't even need to tell you that the better you sleep, the happier you are, the more productive you are, the better you are as a person. That's why you need a Nod Pod. So you've heard of a weighted blanket before. Well, this is a weighted eye mask. When gentle pressure is applied to the body, it has an incredible calming effect. I'm reviewing this Nod Pod. So you can hear This is the sand in there. It's not too heavy. I think it's just like the right amount of weight This side is kind of like microfiber warmer and this side is cooler. It's like cotton I think this was a really interesting concept because it doesn't tie over naturally So you either have to let be someone who lays really flat or you tie this around the back Which I don't feel super comfortable because it's like something on the back of my head I don't hate this product. However Because I sleep I flip up when I sleep I flip around So this unfortunately doesn't stay on me But if you're someone who just wants to use it for a nap, I can see how it's helpful It's a little bit expensive. We're gonna be trying out the not pod weighted blanket for your eyes now It's supposed to help you get better sleep at night by giving you gentle pressure to your body to give you a calming effect That's what it says on here. Now. I got excited and I went ahead and opened it off camera So this is what it looks like and oh wow this is definitely a Different feeling and I feel like it is gonna make me feel very calm because that instantly just made me feel like whoa So I'm gonna try this out for a couple of nights and I will let you guys know My updated opinion on it because I can't give an opinion on it yet when I haven't even tried it out, you know But it has microbeads inside of it and it's very soft So I'm very excited to use this and it doesn't have a scent either. So very very excited

If I'm not obsessed, I'm not gonna say that I'm obsessed. And I'm not obsessed. Been testing out the Nod Pod weighted eye mask for a week now, and I'll tell you the pros and cons. Pro, it's very soft. I love soft things. The beans are cool. It's weighted and it contours to the eyes really well. It feels really good. Cons, the price. A little pricey for an eye mask. The way that you fasten it in the back, it just, they need to think of something else. You're supposed to shove this end through this hole. The hole ain't big enough. Once it's in there, it's kind of like this lump in the back of your head. So if you sleep on your back, it's not very comfy. The beans fill up all of these four compartments here. I'm a side sleeper. You're sleeping on your side, then you got beans, you know, like jamming into your temple. Decided to just cut a hole and empty the beans out of the two side compartments there. I'm gonna keep using it, cause I fixed it. But I've seen like weighted eye masks like this at Five Below and stuff like that. So those are my two cents. See you next time.

this is the third time i try to film this review because i have so many great things to say about this in such a short amount of time. so anyways i love this. if you're an insomniac like me and you don't know what the problem is, nine times out of ten sleeping with something weighted over your head helps fix the problem. i figured this out by sleeping with a pillow over my head and anyways this is the third sleep mask that i buy. this is actually the first weighted one but the two other ones like i would sleep with them still because they kind of would help me go to sleep but not really and this one seriously fixed the problem and not only is it weighted so it's definitely different from the ones i already own but the adjustable section is insane because my two other sleep masks like really bug me with the way that you adjust it like it doesn't adjust properly and it just doesn't fit the way i want but this one i know she's wearing it like that but i love to tie it like as tight as i want and literally knock out in like 10 minutes which is like surprising um and also the fabric and just everything about it and it's really affordable for what you buy

Three very important facts about this weighted blanket for ice which is super relaxing and helps me to fall asleep. First, you can wash it in your washing machine. Second, you can put it in your fridge to make it cold. And third, the most important one, you cannot put it in the microwave because it will melt, the filling will melt.
