this, pretty much it's like a mushroom supplement powder. So it's got a bunch of like really great life-giving adaptogens as I call it. So this is kind of like their all-in-one blend as I've kind of read about it because I looked at a couple different blends from this specific brand. But this one has Mishima, Reishi, Lion's Mane, Maitake, a bunch of other stuff and it's supposed to just help you feel overall like more energized and happier and better about everything. Which hence the name Life Blend. So I'm going to be trying it in my espresso this morning and I do also notice that with coffee in general you tend to crash and this is actually supposed to help the crash. I didn't record yesterday. I had zero crash. I was energized and active the whole day and overall just like my mood felt better. I was trying to think maybe it's the placebo effect but I genuinely had kind of like low expectations and kept telling myself that mentally so I could try and counteract the placebo effect.
