So I'm going to review the Organic Super Spores Non-Fungible Mushrooms Lift Powder. I do work out a good amount, but I don't really like processed stuff, so I don't do a pre-workout or anything like that. And I probably should. So we're going to see if I can get more of my workouts using this. I've already put it in my nice little glass, and I've just kind of mixed it up. It smells a lot like cocoa powder, and it has a very subtle, very earthy taste. It's not like a strong taste. It's not like a lot going on. It kind of just tastes like... It tastes like the way mushrooms smell and like cocoa. So we are going to drink this. I'm going to go do back day, and I will come back, and we'll see if I notice anything.

Okay, so I am trying these mushrooms, um, and I'm gonna drink this and then go work out in half an hour and see if I have a good workout. And, um, taste-wise, it doesn't taste like much. It tastes like mushrooms and cocoa. Very subtle. Like, refreshing. It's actually pretty good. I was expecting it to be kind of gross.

So this is the second time that I've used this. I took this half teaspoon in water. I warmed up, biked around a little bit, ran some errands, and then I did like an hour and a half workout. I definitely felt energized. It was a good workout. I don't know how much of that I'm gonna merit to this. I did not get a lot of sleep last night, and usually that means I'll be like yawning and really tired at the gym, and I wasn't. So I definitely feel energized, and I feel good at the gym when I take this, but also sometimes I do that without this. So I'm gonna use this more and see if I'm actually noticing a consistent difference when I use this versus when I don't, and I will check back in. But no jitters, nothing bad. Tastes fine, tastes like unsweetened cocoa powder and dirt, but in like a.
