Okay, so this is the Not Hot CBD Sleep Soak. It has 300 milligrams of CBD with lavender essential oil. I love the way this smells. If you like, it's very earthy, very lavender, very natural. If you like going into lush or the like the bath and body part of sprouts and that just kind of natural organic good smell and stuff, this is what that smells like. In terms of relaxation, it does make me sleepy. I have a giant bathtub and I like to fill my bathtub all the way up, so I have to use a lot of it for the amount of water that I use, but I probably use this four times. I have like about that much left, so pretty good amount. I'll probably use, I have like one or two baths out of that. I might just use it all and have like a really intense bath, but in terms of CBD, it takes a few things for me to relax, so I can't really tell.
