I've been looking for a hydrating eye cream and came across OAM Vitamin C Eye Revitalizer. It has a lot of hero ingredients to help give that lifted, awake, bright eyed and bushy child look. The texture is silky, soft and lightweight. It applied smoothly and absorbed quickly. My skin appeared brighter and felt hydrated and smooth.
