Hey guys, I'm going to do a quick little review on these gummies I've been taking. I've been taking these Ashwagandha gummies by Abbey. I got them in the flavor strawberry. They are said to keep you cool, calm, and collected. And as a waitress, these keep me sane. They are these cute little purple leaf shaped gummies and they taste so yummy. You guys really have to try them. Ashwagandha really has a lot of great benefits for you. So if you don't know, just google it. But they are so good. You have to try them. Run, go, get some.

This is the review for the collagenic burn supplements. So far, I only have been taking them a couple days, so I haven't seen any results in anything yet, except that I've noticed I've had more energy because of the caffeine in it. So that's just one thing I've noticed off the bat. But other than that, it has five different collagens. It has magnesium. Excuse me. It has a bunch of other ingredients that I searched up that are super good for you. I'm not gonna try and butcher the names though, okay? It's supposed to burn your fat. It's also supposed to help with your skin, your hair, your nails. Yeah, it's supposed to be super good for you. So I'll do another review in a couple weeks.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is my favorite cereal growing up, so this shake has a lot to stand up to. It blended together so easily, though. That is really yummy. I was expecting the cinnamon flavor to be a lot stronger, but it's more of like a sweet, mild vanilla cinnamon. It's really good. Definitely try this flavor out. It's so yummy.

Alright, let's try the Aube Super Collagen Protein. Love the packaging, the pink. So it says it's unflavored, so as long as it blends well with other things, it should be good. Just to help my hair, skin, nails, everything. So, let's open her up. This is the coffee I'm going to be putting it into. With a scoop, I'm going to put it in the coffee. Okay, so I think it's pretty well mixed in. Let's try it. Mmm, it's good. I don't really taste like it's not too chalky or anything, so I'd recommend this. It's from Aube.

So I wanna show y'all my secret to having healthy skin, hair, and nails, and it's this, Super Collagen Protein Powder. So collagen has so many benefits. It keeps your hair and nails thick and long and growing. It keeps your skin tight. It's literally the secret to staying young. You can add your one scoop in your smoothies. It even says you can bake with it, use hot drinks or yogurt or oatmeal, but I'm gonna add my one scoop in some milk this morning because I'm kinda in a rush.
