Hey everybody, I just wanted to tell you about this product that I just started using a couple days ago and it's called Obvi Guilt-Free Carb Blocker. Something that I noticed about it is that, as you can see, it's a carb blocker, but if you take four capsules before your biggest carb meal, I noticed that, for me anyway, I wasn't as hungry and I didn't crave the carbs like I normally do. It filled me up faster and I actually noticed a difference. It's not going to work the same on everybody, I guess. You know, nothing does, but for me, this was a winner. So I would recommend it.
