I was excited when I thought this was just a collagen shake, but this has an amazing amino acid profile as well as a lot of vitamins and minerals, and it blends together so easily. That is so good. So this has like a really good cookie flavor to it. I added the coffee in it, so it's giving me like that cookies and coffee flavor. Really yummy, definitely going to be craveable. I really like this shake mix.
